A Star in Real Estate!
The mark of an outstanding agent is the ability to bridge the gap between the needs of the buyer and the wants of the seller. In high markets, the ability to sell well is easy but the true test of an agent's performance is if they are able to close the sale relatively high in times of low clearance rate. Kevin Fan has that remarkable ability. Not only is he an excellent communicator and negotiator, he is true to himself and because he is genuine in wanting both sides to have a desirable outcome, he gives his best to bring the two parties to a point of mutual agreement.
We sold in a low market and Kevin and his team (especially his partner Bob Zeng) invested their time, negotiated effectively and made the deal happen! Others would have long given up, or have failed their vendor, but not Kevin. Tough times don't last, but tough people do. Kevin is no longer the rising star. He IS the star you would want to engage for the sale of your home!

Professional and Hard Working
We had the pleasure of recently having Kevin sell our house. We really liked his drive to succeed and his his honesty in all aspects of the process.
Kevin went above and beyond at times such as during the marketing photo session, it was recommended we have an outdoor setting but as we were unable to locate one at such short notice, Kevin made it his mission to personally go out and buy one to have on display at our property for the open for inspections.
He always kept us up to date with every open that we had, numbers through, potential buyers, feedback etc. Whether it was personal meetings, phone calls, text messages or emails, Kevin was always very prompt in his communication.
Also adding to his professionalism, Kevin has helped us with advice and knowledge on our hunt for another property. He has collated property reports, given us his opinion on a property's value and even attended an auction to support us. I don't think many agents would take the time to do these little extras.

Professonalism at its Best
Kevin was recommended to me by a great broker at Furnell finance group.
I was instantly impressed by Kevin’s professionalism, hard work and positive attitude. Throughout the whole process he kept us informed of market conditions, comparable sales of properties and buyers’ feedback from the home open. Kevin would have weekly meeting with us in which he would give us very detailed reports: on buyers, similar property sales and our suburb.
He would routinely stay back 15-20 minutes after the home open closed, to talk to any prospective buyers. Now to put that in perspective when we were looking to buy this home from the previous agents when we visited the 2nd time they were rushing us out of the home because it was near closing time and that is the exact reason, I did not use them to sell my house I found them rude and arrogant.
I think Kevin’s hard work can be summarised by an example. Kevin had been in tough negotiations with a buyer who had made an offer on our house they had been talking for hours in his office but the buyer still wasn’t budging, so Kevin offered to meet him afterhours at the buyers’ home where he stayed negotiating until 9pm. It was directly because of his strong work ethic that we got the price we wanted and I know for a fact NO other agent would have worked that hard for us.
It honestly felt like Kevin was selling his own home, I didn’t feel like just another customer to Kevin, I always felt Kevin had my best interests at heart.
The property market was quite soft when we were looking to sell and I can 100% guarantee we would not have sold our house for the price we wanted if it was not for Kevin and his great team.
I would highly recommend you use Kevin Fan to sell, buy or lease your property, it is an absolute pleasure to deal with a professional like him.
