It was directly because of his strong work ethic that we got the price we wanted and I know for a fact NO other agent would have worked that hard for us.
It honestly felt like Kevin was selling his own home, I didn’t feel like just another customer to Kevin, I always felt Kevin had my best interests at heart.
The property market was quite soft when we were looking to sell and I can 100% guarantee we would not have sold our house for the price we wanted if it was not for Kevin and his great team.
